Engagements

How we work with healthcare organizations.

The diagnostic sets the scope, not a package. The forms below can be set up together or one at a time.

What does NexWell deliver to a healthcare organization?

NexWell delivers six forms of work: a diagnostic, audit and follow-up in a clinic panel, a growth system built on the clinic's own accounts and brand, an operated growth partnership, quality readiness, and international patient operations. Each form has an owner, a cadence, and a handover to the organization's own team.

Six forms of work

01

Performance Diagnostic

See in four dimensions where your system loses performance.

Who it suits

Leadership that wants to read its own system as a score before deciding anything.

What is delivered

  • 27 questions across four dimensions
  • A result you can read against your own operation
  • A diagnostic that covers the commercial and digital layers of the system

02

Audit and progress tracking

The 11 links of the patient journey are measured with evidence, and every finding is followed until it is verified.

Who it suits

Clinics and clinic groups that want a verified picture of the patient journey and an action plan they can follow.

What is delivered

  • An audit report and an action plan, read inside the clinic panel
  • The clinic marks an action as done, NexWell verifies it
  • Response measurement from the patient's side, through mystery patient scenarios
  • A lighter entry through Check Your Clinic and its Pro Audit

03

Growth system setup

Measurement, campaign architecture, CRM funnel and sales line are built once, on your own accounts and under your own brand.

Who it suits

Organizations that want an acquisition system that can be traced from the first enquiry to payment.

What is delivered

  • Measurement chain set up before campaigns run
  • Campaign architecture and CRM funnel on the clinic's own accounts
  • A sales line the clinic's team operates
  • Handover with documentation, so the system stays with the organization

04

Operated growth partnership

The team that built the system keeps running it with you: ad management, a weekly panel, and a monthly sales review.

Who it suits

Organizations that want the system operated alongside their own team after it is built.

What is delivered

  • Ad account management on the clinic's own accounts
  • A weekly panel review and a monthly sales scorecard
  • Improvement on a standing review rhythm
  • A fee structure that includes a performance-linked fee, set in the proposal

05

Quality readiness

A roadmap toward quality accreditation: gap analysis, document structure, and a self-audit cycle, with JCI and TEMOS as reference frameworks.

Who it suits

Clinics preparing for accreditation that want the work to run on a cadence instead of a one-off report.

What is delivered

  • Gap analysis against JCI and TEMOS requirements
  • Document templates and a document control routine
  • A self-audit cycle with tasks and evidence tracked in the QualityOS application

06

International patient operations

The journey from first enquiry to follow-up after discharge is designed and handed over to your coordination team.

Who it suits

Hospitals' international patient units and clinics that serve patients who travel for treatment.

What is delivered

  • Journey design, multilingual coordination, follow-up, and handover
  • US patient flow program for dental clinics entering the US market: media financing, coordination aligned to US time zones, and a flow that runs on the clinic's own brand
  • Contracted clinic network on the patient side: NexWell works with contracted, Ministry-licensed clinics in Istanbul, Antalya and London. Treatment is carried out by the independent clinic, NexWell coordinates the journey

Audit and follow-up packages

Prices are fixed. Each package is paid upfront.

  • Pro Audit, 1 month

    €499

One-off, paid upfront. Month one of follow-up: a 7-angle site audit, a report, and a meeting.

  • Follow-up, 3 months

    €1,200

    Single payment upfront.

    €400 per month equivalent

  • Follow-up, 6 months

    €2,000

    Single payment upfront.

    €333 per month equivalent

  • Comprehensive

    €999

    per month, for 6 months

    Billed monthly, six charges.

An additional branch is €200 per month.

  • Pro Audit is the first month of the follow-up packages, the baseline measurement. A clinic that moves to the 3-month or 6-month package within 30 days has the €499 it paid deducted.
  • Follow-up covers a single branch. A clinic with additional branches moves to Comprehensive.
  • There is no silent renewal. At the end of the term the clinic receives a renewal offer at the same monthly equivalent.

What each package covers

  • Follow-up: month one is the Pro Audit. In the following months, an automatic monthly re-scan of the site, the Google business profile, AI visibility and speed, with a scorecard; one mystery patient scenario per month; a retest of the actions the clinic applied, up to 10 per month; and a monthly report in the panel with a 30-minute call.
  • Comprehensive adds: lead sampling, sales call review, deep analysis of the ad account, a 60-minute monthly meeting, and a four-scenario mystery patient run in month one. The operations package is available only together with Comprehensive.

Fees for the other forms

The fee follows the scope of the work: a fixed service fee, and in a growth partnership a performance-linked fee. Scope and fee are set in the proposal that follows the diagnostic.

Who this suits

Organizations that have started with international patients but cannot yet measure the result, or that want to start on the right setup.

What it requires

  • Leadership time, especially in the first phase.
  • Full access to existing data, including the parts that look messy.
  • A willingness to change process, not just add a new tool on top.
