Audit panel

NexWell Audit and Progress Tracking

The panel where a clinic reads its audit report, follows each action until it is verified, and sees where the patient journey stands.

What is the NexWell audit panel?

The NexWell audit panel is the clinic-facing workspace where the findings of a NexWell audit live after the report is delivered. The clinic reads the report, works through an action plan with priorities and owners, and marks items as implemented. NexWell then verifies each one, so progress is confirmed rather than assumed.

“Auditing clinics, I kept seeing the same thing: the report gets filed the day it is delivered, and the findings fade. I built the panel so every finding has an owner, a deadline, and a check that it was actually fixed.”

The audit report, readable in the panel

Each audit is delivered as a report the clinic team can open, read and return to.

  • Report details

Date, scope, method and an access note sit at the top, so the reader knows what the report covers and how it was produced.

  • Three most critical findings and a 30-day plan

The report opens with the three findings that matter most and the first 30 days of work.

  • What must change, and what is sound

The executive summary lists what needs to change and, separately, what already works and should be protected.

  • Evidence behind each finding

A finding shows how many of its checks were measured, written as measured n of N, so the reader sees how much stands behind it.

  • Open questions

Where something could not be measured, the report says why and what would close it.

Action plan, followed until verified

Findings turn into actions with a priority, an owner and a date.

  • Priority

Every action is marked Urgent, High or Normal.

  • Each action explains itself

Why it matters, what to do, the expected effect, the risk, the success criterion, the owner and the target date.

  • The clinic marks, NexWell verifies

The clinic team marks an action as implemented. NexWell checks it and confirms it, or says what is still missing.

Action status

  1. Planned
  2. In progress
  3. Implemented
  4. Awaiting verification
  5. Verified

Honest measurement

A result is shown only when there is evidence behind it.

  • Seven result states

Each check ends in one of: Passed, Failed, No data, No access, Could not be measured, Not reviewed, Not applicable.

  • No zero without data

When there is no data, the panel does not show a zero or a percentage. Missing evidence is not presented as a result.

Progress tracking

After the report, the panel keeps measuring.

  • Additional measurement notes

Measurements added after the report are recorded next to the finding they relate to.

  • Monthly measurement

Progress is read on a monthly rhythm rather than once.

  • Three counters

A short summary shows P0 closed, Criteria passed and Open items.

The eleven-link chain

The audit reads the whole path a patient takes, not one department.

  • Chain summary

The status of the eleven links, the critical findings and the places where we cannot give a verdict, on one screen.

  • Patient journey and sales funnel

Dedicated screens show how the patient journey and the sales funnel read, and where evidence is missing.

The eleven links

  1. Digital visibility
  2. Technical health
  3. Page persuasiveness
  4. Institutional trust
  5. Ad quality
  6. Lead quality
  7. Sales communication
  8. Booking
  9. Treatment delivered
  10. Patient experience
  11. Follow-up and reputation

Records the clinic can return to

  • Documents, meetings and decisions

Reports, meeting notes and the decisions taken stay in one place.

  • Digital asset inventory

The clinic's digital assets are listed, so it is clear what exists and who owns it.

  • Service scope and contract

What is in scope under the agreement is visible, next to the work itself.

Data sharing is optional and bounded

The audit does not need patient identities, and the panel is built that way.

  • Sharing is the clinic's choice

Where data is not shared, no verdict is given on that link.

  • No names, phones or emails

Name, phone and email are not requested.

  • Raw rows are not displayed

Personal fields are stored with an irreversible code, and phone numbers, emails and ID numbers in open-text notes are masked.

  • A deletion date for every dataset

Each shared dataset shows when it will be deleted.
